Kite Caribe

The agency

One agency, the certified schools of every region

Kite Caribe is based in Barra do Cunhaú (RN) and connects you with the IKO schools of nine destinations. We handle the service and the logistics; the lesson belongs to the people who know that water.

Why we exist

Anyone looking for kitesurfing in the Northeast runs into the same problem: every beach has a different school, with its own teaching standards, gear and prices, and it's hard to know who to trust from a distance. Kite Caribe was born to solve that, from a real base in Barra do Cunhaú, in Rio Grande do Norte.

Instead of running a single spot, we keep relationships with the certified schools in each region — from Ceará to Maranhão and, in season, to the Caribbean. You make one booking with us and the lesson happens with the local school we already know and keep an eye on.

We don't publish student numbers or testimonials that can't be verified: we'd rather you talk to the partner school, see the real conditions of the day and decide with genuine information.

What we never compromise on

Three principles that hold in every destination.

Honesty about the wind

If the season isn't right for your level, or the expected wind doesn't match what you want, we say so — even if it means rescheduling.

Teaching with method

We only recommend schools with certified instructors and a defined progression, because kitesurfing without a safety foundation is an accident waiting to happen.

Service without barriers

Bookings and support in six languages, so international guests don't depend on someone else's translation when it matters most.

How we choose a partner school

Before recommending a school, we check four things.

Certification up to date

Instructors with international certification (IKO) and valid insurance.

Checked gear

Kites and boards with controlled age and a check before every lesson.

Communication on the water

Radio in the helmet and support on the water throughout the lesson.

Local knowledge

Whoever teaches the lesson knows the tide, the wind and the best spot for that day.
